As we move into unknown territories it is vital that we stay balanced. In this class will Balance the Tattva’s which are the 5 elements Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether . Then we move into the Total Balance Kriya.
When we think balance in the body - we come into the heart. The arms are the extensions of the heart so this class will have a lot of intense arm postures.
After the Total Balance Kriya we will finish with the Tershula Kriya which is a wonderful chanting meditation. If time allows we will end with a 11 minute savasana.
